You Are Not Overthinking. You Are Just Not Home Yet
A guided return to your center where clarity softens the noise, and your life begins to move from truth, not tension.
If you have stumbled here, or something in you chose to read this. Read this with your heart.
Right at this moment, yes, right now, I invite you to gently bring your awareness to the center of your chest… deeper… into the quiet cave of your heart.
Feel that? That subtle pulse. That quiet rhythm you’ve been living inside of. We spend so much of our lives in the mind. So much that we begin to call ourselves overthinkers… But the truth is softer than that. You are simply aware of where your attention has been living.
And for a long time… it has been living in your head.
Now, as you rest your awareness in your heart notice what becomes visible. The beat. The tightness. The emotions you’ve been brushing past. The quiet whispers you didn’t wish to hear.
All of it is welcome here.
Because what you are feeling… is not yours alone. Different stories. Different timelines. The body speaks a language we all share.

Now breathe. Inhale slowly through your nose… let it travel down into your heart. And as you exhale, keep your awareness there, and feel your breath expand from your chest into your entire body. Like warmth spreading inside you.
Inhale to your heart… Exhale from your heart… Let your body begin to remember what safety feels like. And as you settle, notice the ground beneath you. Wherever you are… you are being held. By something ancient. Steady. Unwavering. Mother Earth.
She has never once asked you to prove your worth before she supports you. And yet, how often have you carried life, as if everything depended on you alone? As if your shoulders were meant to hold the weight of the world… just to prove "I am enough."
But listen closely. You were never meant to carry everything. You were meant to move with it. To rise. And to rest. To expand. And to return.
Now… come back to your center. Imagine, in your heart, a glowing sphere. Alive. Magnetic. This is your field.
Everything you believe, every thought you repeat, shapes its frequency. And from this frequency…you call life forward by resonance.
Now see, from this center, there are cords. Threads of energy, extending outward… to people. to memories. to moments, chosen and unchosen. Some nourishing. Some heavy.
Now breathe in deeply, and exhale fully.
And with intention, begin to call your energy back. Gently. Powerfully. Pull each cord…back into your heart. And one by one, release them. You are not losing connection. You are reclaiming yourself.
Let your energy return. Let it gather. Sit a little taller now… chest open… shoulders soft.
Inhale to your heart… Exhale to your heart… Again. And again. Now bring your awareness to the part of your body that has been asking for your attention.
Place your awareness there. And breathe through it. As if your breath is entering, and leaving from that very space. Let your own energy do the work. Allowing your energy to do the healing.
And when it feels complete, whisper a thank you.
Then return again… to your heart. Feel it. Listen. There is a message there for you.
And now, with full awareness, and at your own will, you may reconnect. Choose consciously who and what you allow back into your field. Notice what feels different. Because something has shifted.
And here is what to remember... You Have A Choice. In where you place your awareness. In who you connect with. In what you allow to stay.
The more you return to your heart, the louder it becomes.
Until one day… it is no longer a whisper. It is a clear instruction. And your mind, no longer leads, it listens. Because before your brain formed… before your spine…before anything else, there was a heartbeat. Your heart came first.

One of my private clients once told me “The heart is the general.”
So now I ask you. Now that you remember this… how will you live?
Will you continue to follow the noise, or will you begin to move from the quiet, steady intelligence that has been guiding you all along?
I love to express my deep gratitude for your presence here.
With love and devotion,
Joanne Genoza
