I never planned to become a coach.

Back then, I was simply a traveler, wandering across Asia, teaching yoga in every country I landed in. That was my way of giving back… one breath, one movement, one heart at a time.

As my love for the practice deepened, I began to see life differently. It wasn’t just about studying hard or securing a “respectable” job. There was something more something richer. I felt it in the quiet moments. In the eyes of my students. In my own unfolding.

And I knew… I was meant to share that more.

Then came 2020.

When the world shut down, something else opened up.

Students I had met in Thailand, Cambodia, India, Hongkong and beyond started reaching out, asking for online classes. I hesitated. How could I truly hold space for someone through a screen? How could I feel them the way I used to?

Slowly, I adapted.

Immediately, my mind spun with doubt:

I’m not a certified coach… Who am I to help her?

But my heart knew.

So I closed my eyes, took a deep breath, and just… listened.
